Question 1

How much do your services cost?

Accepted Answer

Every job is different. Price depends on the service, the size and type of items or load, distance, and access. Photos help, but some jobs need more detail before we can give a firm, no-obligation estimate.

Question 2

Do you offer free estimates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Estimates are always free and there is no obligation to book.

Question 3

How do I get a quote?

Accepted Answer

Call, text or email us, or fill out the quote form on this site. We'll reply with a price or a few follow-up questions.

Question 4

Can I text photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes — photos help us understand the job. Tap a Text button anywhere on this site to open your messaging app with our number ready. We may still ask a few questions before quoting.

Question 5

Do you remove furniture?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Couches, sectionals, recliners, tables, chairs, dressers, bed frames and more.

Question 6

Do you remove appliances?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and similar household appliances.

Question 7

Do you remove mattresses?

Accepted Answer

Yes — mattresses and box springs in any size, including from upstairs bedrooms.

Question 8

What local hauling do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Pickup truck and trailer hauling for nonhazardous loads: local business deliveries, furniture transportation, building material deliveries and general load transportation within our service area.

Question 9

What furniture do you assemble?

Accepted Answer

Freestanding furniture such as beds, dressers, desks, tables, bookshelves and entertainment centers.

Question 10

Do you remove garage junk?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We remove and haul away unwanted nonhazardous items from garages, from a few boxes to the whole space. This is removal only, not cleaning or repairs.

Question 11

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

Not always. If the items are accessible — a garage, driveway, curb or yard — we can often handle it without you there, as long as we've confirmed the details and location with you first.

Question 12

How does scheduling work?

Accepted Answer

Once you have your estimate, you request a date and time window. We review it, confirm the appointment, and let you know when we're on the way.

Question 13

Do I have to pay upfront?

Accepted Answer

No upfront payment required for most jobs. Pay when work is complete. Deposits may apply to larger or specialized projects and will be disclosed before booking. If a deposit applies, the amount appears with your estimate, and the rest is due at completion.

Question 14

What items can you NOT remove?

Accepted Answer

Some materials are restricted from standard hauling — hazardous and similar regulated items are the usual examples. We only remove and haul nonhazardous items. If you're unsure about something, send us a photo and we'll let you know.

Question 15

Do you offer same-day service?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes, depending on the day's schedule. Text us and we'll tell you honestly what we have open.

Question 16

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Marion and Sumter Counties, including Ocala, Belleview, Oxford, Wildwood and The Villages. Not sure if we reach you? Text us your ZIP code.
